We provide three-phase construction cleanups. This schedule aids in keeping construction crews working safely and efficiently and helps to keep construction schedule access and final reveal readiness on track.

PHASE 1 – ROUGH CLEANUP
Begins after drywall installation.

  • Factory sticker removal from windows, appliances, and other areas needing removal
  • Trash & debris is swept and removed followed by deep-sweep and dusting
  • Crew cleanup and garbage removal
  • After Phase 1 the site is ready for flooring, cabinets, painting, and more!

PHASE 2 – HIGH DETAIL
Nothing goes untouched as our cleanup crew covers every square inch of your project.

  • Interior windows, doors, and baseboards
  • Bedrooms and closets
  • Bathrooms
  • Kitchen
  • Countertops, cabinetry, and floors
  • And more...!
  • Phase 2 is completed before contractors final inspection.

PHASE 3 – WHITE GLOVE CLEANUP
Our crew will go through a checklist to ensure the property is ready for service.

  • Sealing stone and grout
  • Caulking
  • Final dusting
  • Polishing
  • Sanitizing
  • Phase 3 is completed after all construction is finished.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Pressure washing - including: outdoor front entry way, front and back patios, driveway, garage doors and floors, sidewalk, exterior windows, retaining walls, and housing.
  • Blue Tape Inspection - Notify contractor of: documented damages or repairs, tools or materials needing to be picked up. Final walk through with contractor to ensure expectations have been met.

If you are working with a contractor or taking on a DIY project, North Texas Cleanup offers customized, two-phase services. These are the same service available to contractors, but customized to meet the cleaning needs of homeowners.

NORTH TEXAS CLEANUP POLICIES

To facilitate deep cleaning, it is presumed homes will be in order and somewhat picked up.

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.

We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
