What is your service area?

For recurring cleanings, North Texas Cleanups primarily services the Haslet, Saginaw, Fort Worth, Rhome, Justin, Boyd, Paradise, Azle, Keller, and Roanoke areas.

For one-time cleanings or additional services, we will travel out-of-area.

Does someone need to be home during my service?

Nope! We find our clients prefer to leave a key or entry code, so they can return to a clean home.

Rest assured, our employees are vetted and trained to treat your home as if it were their own.

How can I prepare for my service?

Help us, help you…by tidying areas!

Clearing off cluttered countertops and picking up items off the floor allows us to spend more time cleaning what matters most.

What if I need to skip my scheduled service?

Please provide us 24 business hours notice of your change in plans and we will reschedule your service.

How do I pay for my service?

Your invoice will be emailed on the day of your service and is due after your service is completed. We accept credit cards, ACH, cash, or checks as forms of payment.

Can I leave my pets at home?

Yes, we love your pets like our own!

We ask you to leave specific instructions in your work order so our Cleaning Technicians know how to care for them.

Are you open on Saturday?

Yes, but only upon request and availability of Cleaning Technicians.

What if I want to add additional services?

Simple  – just let us know a day before your scheduled service so we can provide a quote for the requested additional services.

Do I provide the cleaning equipment and chemicals?

It can work both ways!

We can provide the necessary products to sanitize your home.

However, we recommend using your equipment to limit exposure to potential germs or allergens from other homes.

But, we also have our own equipment if you prefer!

Are you insured?

Our cleaning company is fully insured, which means that in the unlikely event of any damages or losses occurring during the cleaning process, you are fully protected.

Our comprehensive policy covers accidental damage to your property and any injuries that may occur during the cleaning process.

We take our responsibility to our clients seriously and are always happy to answer any questions you may have about our policies and procedures.

Why is the initial cleanup more than my recurring service?

The initial cleanup service may cost a bit more, but you will find it worth the added expense!

Our Cleaning Technicians take additional time to get to know your property, assess your cleaning needs, and prepare your home to meet our Standards of Clean!

Do I need to tip my Cleaning Technician?

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated for hard work.

What if I am unsatisfied?

If you are not satisfied, we will return within 24-hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
