The North Texas Cleanup Co. offers one-time cleaning, recurring cleaning and post-construction cleaning services to residential, small business, commercial, rental property, event cleanup, and construction clients. We offer different levels of service:

Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
Stairs vacuumed, wood dusted
Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed
Wastebaskets emptied & relined
All bathroom counters and fixtures cleaned and sanitized
Tub, shower and tiles scrubbed
Mirrors polished
All sinks scrubbed and disinfected
Countertops and backsplashes washed
Stovetop scrubbed
Outside of appliances cleaned
Top of refrigerator dusted
Furniture dusted and polished
Pictures and knick-knacks dusted
Lamps dusted
Baseboards dusted
Moldings and woodwork dusted
Blinds, windowsills, and lock ledges dusted
Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted
Cobwebs removed

DEEP CLEANUP

Our Deep Cleanup includes the Standard Cleanup list items cleaned by hand, with a detailed emphasis and focus on build-up, plus the following:

Tub, shower and tiles scrubbed for build-up
Light switch plates sanitized
All doors and door frames hand wiped
Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets hand wiped
All Cabinet fronts hand wiped
Stovetop, exhaust vents, and grates scrubbed
Inside of microwave cleaned
Furniture polished, including: fronts, sides, legs
Uncluttered shelves hand wiped
Pictures and knick-knacks hand wiped
Reachable baseboards hand wiped (without moving furniture)
Moldings, woodwork, windowsills, and lock ledges hand wiped
Blinds & shutters vacuumed (not washed)
Light fixtures within a 2-step ladder reach hand wiped in place (not removed)
Ceiling fan blades within a 2-step ladder reach hand wiped

Our Priority Cleanup service focuses on priority areas of your home or business. Priority Cleanups are smart and affordable options for anyone wanting to ensure their space is clean, healthy, and well-maintained.

By identifying the areas needing the most attention, we create a customized plan addressing your specific needs – without wasting time and resources on unnecessary cleaning.

This targeted approach can help to keep costs down while ensuring your space is clean and well-maintained.

*Priority Cleanups start at $150.00 for 2.5 hours of service.

NORTH TEXAS CLEANUP POLICIES

To facilitate deep cleaning, it is presumed homes will be in order and somewhat picked up.

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.

We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
